My 2023 daughter had some problems withholding her stool. IT WAS ROUGH. If any parent has been there, you know how rough it can be. This has SAVED us. She is extremely particular at trying new things & new tastes. She won't even drink juice. So finding something I could sneak into something she already consumes was challenging. We started by putting this into her milk at night. There is literally no flavor. But after a while I noticed she wasn't drinking her beloved nightly milk anymore. She said it was "chalky." My son is 3 years old and has been withholding his stool for over 6 months leading to encopresis (liquid stool) constantly leaking around the larger stool that is stretching the colon. It has caused a terrible yeast diaper rash on his bottom that bleeds and hurts due to always having contact with the liquid stool. I bought this product and saw improvement the next day!! Now his stools are softer and more regular. I have not seen him crossing his legs or tightening up to hold the stool in, he has a bowel movement almost every day, and after just a week the leaking of stool has stopped and his skin is almost healed! I only give him half of the tiny scoop that comes with product along with probiotic drops in apple juice once a day! Very helpful, highly recommend.

I love this stuff! I never leave reviews but this worked so well for my 4 year old I thought it could help other parents. My son had been struggling with constipation for 18 days straight, complaining of severe stomach pain, we took him to the hospital twice which they performed an enema for both times and told us to give him miralax, also took him to the pediatrician 3 times and just told us the same. We did miralax every single day multiple times a day but it would only cause him stomach pain from cramping. He would not poop on his own if we did not give him an enema not even suppositories worked. They did xrays and it showed he had a blockage. I was getting desperate, so I started looking up different stuff to give him and came up with a video on magnesium, and found this powder. I gave it to him the same day I received it, put it in juice and he went poop twice with no pain at all! First day that he was pain free for 18 days straight. The consistency is chalky and does change the color of whatever liquid you add it to, so I add it in his food or icream with no problems. This magnesium is Gold! I give him a full scoop and he poops multiple times in a day.

This has been the second day Ive given my child 2 scoops in her water and nothing. I have given her other magnesium citrate powders (natural slim) and she pooped 20 min later. She has not had one BM from drinking this powder. I think it has to do with the fact that it’s magnesium oxide and not magnesium citrate. I wouldn’t recommend. I used a mixing tool with water and apple juice and both times the water turned grey.

Im potty training my 3 yo and he has peeing in the potty down instantly . I found giving my toddler 1 scoop he had super loose stools.. 1/2 scoop seemed to make it easy to pass but not super watery or loose-get the UNFLAVORED powder .. kids are more likely to drink it and you can mix it into anything
