Always helps I have severe neuropathy and I use them on feet over socks gives some relief. Each product works as described. Heat lasts 8 hours or so helps relax arthritic back I find these help and fit better then similar ones. Wish they were less expensive but I will continue to purchase them.

Do not stick well on skin. Comes off.

They did get hot and they did help but i put it on my shoulder and i couldn’t sleep on that side cause it would ball up. But it was a good size, easy to use.
