I needed new retainers as my last ones broke but my orthodontist is about an hour drive. I ordered this kit and was shocked at how easy it was to cast the impressions myself and how quickly I was able to do so. The kit came with more than enough molds and casting powder so I was able to practice and choose the best impressions to have the retainers made. After shipping back my impressions I got 2 custom retainers that fit perfectly and are very comfortable. The price is unbeatable- my orthodontist was charging $500 for 2 retainers, not including the time spent driving to the office to get the impressions and having to pick them up. The kit also came with tools to clean the retainers, a high quality case, and tools in case you need to make some adjustments. I cannot recommend enough!

The package with all that powder to mix and make your impressions is coming from the United States of America, once all the items are returned to the seller, they send your package to China, the process takes about two months, And once I received the actual harley retainers it did not fit.As a amazon customer one has to be very careful because the return window is thirty days, and it takes two months to get the actual retainers.

My orthos set of retainers cost me about $400 last time with insurance. I needed a new pair so I picked these up.Making the impression was a little bit of a challenge the first time but if you spread it evenly and do not bite too hard you will be fine. There are plenty of casts to try with so don’t worry about getting it correct the first time. This is honestly the hardest part of the entire thing.Once they arrived I found that they fit very well surprisingly. I ordered the 1mm clear retainer, same as my last one.They are tight which is how I like my retainers , they put stress on my teeth the first night which to me means they are working as intended.It feels and looks the same as my old pair - actually better because these are a little thicker. Overall it is doing the same thing my last pair was doing - at literally 1/4 of the cost. These are excelllent if you are looking for a replacement pair.

I am extremely satisfied with my retainers as well as the customer service experience. Once I received the package, the instructions were super clear and helpful. When it came to questions regarding the impressions or the shipping of the retainers, it was done so promptly through WhatsApp. After sending in my impressions it took about 3 weeks to receive the retainers. I received two retainers as well as instructions on how to care and use them; Additionally, once I received the retainers, I saw major improvement in my teeth. I had previously lost my retainers and started getting a gap. As you can see in the pics, in under a month my gap has closed up. I didn’t expect to see such improvement in such a short span of time considering I hadn’t worn retainers for 2-3 years. Overall if I need to replace these retainers I would 1000% purchase from this company again. I would highly suggest and recommend this company. Totally worth my money!

My old retainer (25+ years) was falling a part. I was surprised to find that you could order one on Amazon for a fraction of the price of an orthodontist (about $500). I was a little skeptical because there were not many reviews, but Amazon has always been great with returns, so I went for it.... The box arrived with plenty of backup powder (in case you screw up) to make upper and lower molds. It also came with two sets of mouth trays (large and small) to fit your mouth properly. I would recommend trying them on first for size before adding the powder. I was able to get nice molds the first try. I shipped them out the next day (they provide a prepaid shipping label). From start to finish, it took almost a month for me to receive. The correspondence throughout the process on the Whatsapp was good. Quick communication. When the retainers arrived, they came on a plastic mold of my teeth that the lab made from the rubbery ones I had sent to them. They snapped in perfectly! Not tight or loose, just right. The plastic felt smooth in my mouth. No sharp or rough spots. I was also happy that it came with a tool to adjust if needed, and a nice rubber-lined case to put them in! These feel nice and secure in my mouth when I sleep. I would highly recommend!!
