I’m really impressed with this dash cam! The video quality is sharp and clear, even in low light, and the wide-angle view covers the entire road nicely. Setup was quick and hassle-free, and the Wi-Fi feature makes transferring footage to my phone super convenient. After using it for about a week, I can already see how useful it is. It gives me confidence knowing I have reliable footage if anything happens, and it’s even made me more cautious while driving. The build feels sturdy, and the design is sleek and unobtrusive. A few friends and family members have noticed it and had great things to say as well. All in all, I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable, high-quality dash cam. Easily deserves more than five stars!

The Dashcam is Good, but could be better. I used this for almost 2 weeks & here are a few observations. The unit is made in India, but the charger is made in China. Still the best option today, if you wish to avoid pure Chinese product. This shows there are some components of chinese origin. We start from fixing - there was no clear instruction on fixing process. Though simple, there must be some printed details. I had to scan the QR code, download manual & read through the document. I still made mistake in fixing, twice. Once, I fixed the camera on left side of rear view mirror, but it was so close that I could not insert the power cord. So moved it on the other side. Now again, I could not access the power button. (An instruction with required clearance on both sides would have helped). Finally moved the camera further away. The good part is, the adhesion of the fixing tape is unimaginably strong. It was huge effort to remove it twice & re-fix. Still, the camera is holding on strongly at its final location. There are so many audio notification tones, but no instruction to understand their meaning. You need to keep guessing. The video recording in good light is excellent. Even in less light, its good. The impact pics (attached) are of quite low resolution. Multiple videos are recorded in 1min duration. There should be option to change this to 5,10,30,60 mins. to have lesser files. Couldn't find the option - That brings to biggest disadvantage, you can work on the app. view the pics/videos, change settings ONLY when the phone is connected to the device. So, you need to park the car, sit in & manage all these things. This must be improved & allowed even when away from device. Secondly, the App insists for switching on the GPS location service. If you don't, the App just closes down. This is quite funny - I want to learn about all the setting & details sitting anywhere - why Location is compulsory, it should be optional - I may not like to record my location!! Another disadvantage is you may not be able to monitor your driver. Not only, you can't access the camera, you can't see his location or speed too. I feel if GPS is working on the camera, location & speed must be possible to access using the App. even when away. Also, the driver can easily disconnect power & you will have no history, where did your car go. There should be an alert on the phone when the camera is off. Once I was driving, thinking the camera is recording, the power got loose in some bump & it stopped recording, there was no alert/notification!! Another negative is, you can not see these *.mp4 video files with regular media players. You need HEVC video extensions & that is chargeable by micro soft. Lastly, I noted that if your power cable is connected, the camera is in On mode, it keeps recording even when parked & locked. This is very good for the car safety. Not sure, how much battery it consumes & if the unit is so rugged that it will keep working 24 hrs a day. And how much will be SD card life. All said - The buy is good, as it does the basic job quite well. Some improvements will make this an excellent purchase (Hope Hero group/Qubo is listening). I still recommend this product for all the basic needs from a Dashcam.

I have been using it for more than 5months. Recordings are clear and I would definitely recommend this product.

During the day: Fast-moving vehicles show significant motion blur on plates. At night: Plates on vehicles directly in front of me are completely blown out/overexposed by headlight reflection, or too noisy to read. When a dashcam is advertised with a high-end sensor like the Sony STARVIS 2 IMX675, expecting crisp, readable license plates is completely reasonable. It can be incredibly frustrating when you review the footage after an incident or a drive and find that key details like number plates are blurred, blown out, or pixelated. Dual Channel Issue: Unable to record simultaneously on front and rear cameras I purchased this dashcam specifically for the advertised "Dual Channel Recording" and "simultaneous front-and-back road coverage." However, in actual usage, only one camera can be used at a time. When the front camera is active, the rear stops recording, and vice versa. This completely defeats the purpose of buying a dual-channel system for full road safety coverage. Emergency Event Lock is confusing and doesn't clearly show locked footage I am writing to provide feedback on the "Emergency Event Lock" feature. The product details state that the built-in G-Sensor automatically detects collisions and secures footage in a protected file. However, in practice, this does not feel like auto-recording, and I am left completely unsure of which footage is actually locked. I am writing to report a major issue with the recording reliability of my Qubo dashcam. I have noticed that the camera only records properly if the Qubo app is open on my phone screen. If I switch to another app (like Google Maps, music, or a phone call), the recording fails, and the footage from that period is completely lost. A dashcam must record reliably in the background regardless of what else is happening on the user's phone. Please look into this app optimization bug immediately. The app needs to maintain its background connection and permission states so that background phone usage doesn't cause a total loss of critical road footage

Product uality is good, recording 3K front camera has fine view and coverage, backside is manageable.

Image quality is not good. Cam Software or hardware also had some technical glitch. As per qubo suggestion i purchased Samsung Evo plus MICOSD CARD. But it damaged due to software.after inserting the sd card 2 days it worked properly & after that it automatically saying that Mico sd card need to format & but it won't able to for are it. After few days. Dashcam Wi-Fi stopped working & I need to reconnect it as different name. I think cam Software had some issue. Now I'm not able replace or return the sdcard & lost 2k due to qubo. Very poor not recommendable.

Hi, I am changing my review from 1 star to 5 star as my complaint has been rectified. I had a call from the qubo corporate office and within 24hrs the broken wire has been replaced and the dashcam is working. This is my second qubo dashcam, the other one is in my other car. I also have qubo door cam with tab. Qubo needs to work on the customer care service department as there was no resolution, but the corporate(Amisha) is very professional and takes there client grievancevery seriously. Mr Irfan had come to replace the wire and he was very professional and knowledgeable about the product. Thank you Qubo for fixing my problem.

Very useful for safety and in accident situations. Number plates of vehicles are visible within 10-15m distance in daytime and good clarity, but night-time performance isn't great. It has saved me in 3 different situations in the last one year and provides solid evidence for traffic cases and insurance claims. Installation is a little difficult (I'll recommend going to an auto parts store or mechanic) and the cable is not easy to conceal. If you want an always-on recorder, go for a different model.
