Great product. I mix it with water before big meals and no longer have to deal with leaky gut issues. The orange flavor is nice. I’ve been using this product for years and the quality has always been consistent. If you are considering this product, give it a try.

Completely ineffective

I recently started trying this supplement, so I haven’t noticed major results yet. One thing to keep in mind is that it does contain some sugars, which might not agree with everyone’s digestive system. It’s always a good idea to take a look at the ingredients and details to decide if it’s the right fit for you. So far, everything seems okay, but I’m still in the early stages of using it.

I really have to start reading all the ingredients before I order these supplements, another one with Stevia as a sweetener a pet peeve of mine due to potential side effects. The substance I was looking for here the most was the L Glutamine, I used to specifically eat eggs, red meat and other foods high it that when I ran distance in my 20's. The recovery rate was much better when I did 15 mile runs daily in training. It helped as well as I pushed racks of meat around for 8 hours in a meat packing plant as well. This not only builds and helps muscles recover faster but helps protect the stomach and gut lining from acid and infection.There are a lot of colon based inflationary problems today, and keeping it protected is a major thing to maintain wellbeing. I like the mix of supplements, and the taste is fine, just my wish it to remove the Stevia. It's in a small amount but it's in too many other drinkable supplement blends as it's the current darling of supposedly natural sweeteners. Wood pulp is natural too, but I wouldn't consume that. Many of these supplements are found on other food sources, but since I use an alternate day diet, I may not get enough of some daily, so this becomes and every other day drink for me. A mild recommend. Although, if I can find one sweetened by Allulose or Monk fruit, I'll get some more to use every day.

Let me just start by saying i have a lot of gut and intestinal issues. which leads to skin issues. This product is amazing for instant relief. Within moments of taking this I they go away while gently addressing the root of the issue - the gut. I especially like the mix of herbs and supplements in this product and how high quality it is.

I am totally disappointed in this product. It did not give me relief from my heartburn even after eliminating tea, chocolate, tomatoes, orange juice, blueberries and any fatty foods, no fried food, spicy foods. It would only give me temporary relief then I would have use antacids to calm my heartburn. It got worst as the week when on. I would not recommend this product to anyone. I am back on prescription omeprazole. I wanted to get off of it.

I like the product. But I need to take it off auto refill. How do I do that?

I suffered a bout of severe depression after taking this. It took about 3 days to go away. I did not expect that, and can not figure out why it even occured! I also got intestinal pain and gas. So if you deal with depression, or more in the way of mental health issues, be careful with this product.
