Itโs a pretty decent protein for the price.
Iโve been using BigMuscles Nitra Isolate for a while now, and honestly, itโs a pretty decent protein for the price. First off, the protein content is solid. It gives a good amount of protein per scoop, which makes it easy to hit daily targets without taking multiple shakes. I mainly use it post-workout, and recovery has been good โ less soreness and I feel ready for my next session. Taste-wise, itโs not bad. Itโs on the sweeter side, especially in flavors like chocolate, but itโs definitely drinkable. If you like very mild flavors, it might feel a bit strong. With cold water or milk, it tastes better. Mixability is good โ it blends easily in a shaker with no major lumps. Sometimes thereโs a little foam, but nothing serious. As for digestion, I didnโt face any major bloating issues, but people who are sensitive to dairy might want to start with a smaller serving just to see how their body reacts. Overall, Iโd say itโs a budget-friendly isolate option. It may not feel as premium as some international brands, but for the price, it does the job โ especially if your goal is muscle building and meeting protein needs without overspending. Final thoughts: Good protein, decent taste, fair price. If youโre on a budget and want an isolate, itโs worth trying.

Isolate Whey Protein Rich Chocolate.
The taste of this isolate protein (Rich Chocolate) is quite harsh and overly sweet. It has a strong milk powder-like flavor and smell, which makes it unpleasant to consume. In terms of digestion, I felt normal for the first couple of hours after drinking it. However, after about 2 hours, I started experiencing significant bloating and a sensation of trapped gas that would not pass easily. Even during bowel movements, the gas did not come out properly, and when it did, it had a very unpleasant odor. Overall, the taste, smell, and digestive discomfort make this product difficult for me to recommend.

Too good to be True
This is my honest review and opinions about this product Budget friendly โ๏ธ Best for the buck โ๏ธ Purity โ Quality โ Amino Spiking โ ๏ธ It comes in a very big container. The 1 kg powder only fits half the container. Why so big?? Is it a marketing gimick? I was curious how they are able to provide this much at this low price while the closest competitor is twice the price. So I did some reaerch using the Ingredients in the product for the consumer benefit. Here it is, While the brand claims this is "Clean Protein," there are several red flags based on industry standards and the specific ingredients listed. 1. The "Whey Powder" Red Flag Look closely at the Ingredients list. It says: "...Whey Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Concentrate, Whey Powder..." The Trick: "Whey Powder" is significantly lower in protein and higher in lactose and fat than Concentrate or Isolate. It is essentially the "floor sweepings" of the dairy industry. In a premium protein, you should never see "Whey Powder" listed as a primary protein source. It is a cheap filler used to bulk up the bag. 2. Amino Spiking (L-Glutamine) The label explicitly lists L-Glutamine. The Trick: While they market it for "Recovery & Gut Health," L-Glutamine is a non-essential amino acid often used in Amino Spiking. The Problem: Because it contains nitrogen, it helps the product pass lab tests for protein content even if the actual "Whey" content is low. If they didn't "spike" it, they would have to use more expensive Whey Isolate to hit their protein targets. 3. The "Protein Blend [80%]" Ambiguity The label says "Protein Blend [80%]." The Reality: This does not mean the tub is 80% protein. It usually refers to the concentration of the raw materials before they added the cocoa, flavoring, and stevia. The Math: If you look at the nutritional table (partially cut off on the left), check the "Protein per Scoop." If a 35g scoop only gives you 24g of protein, the product is actually about 68% protein, not 80%. 4. Claims of "No Gums & Thickeners" The label boldly claims "Made Without Gums & Thickeners." The Catch: While technically true (no Xanthan or Guar gum), they have replaced them with Whey Powder and Cocoa Powder. These act as natural thickening agents but also add extra carbs and fats that "pure" isolate wouldn't have. Summary Verdict This product is a classic example of blending high-quality marketing with lower-quality ingredients. * The Good: It uses Stevia instead of Aspartame and includes enzymes (ProHydrolase) which can help with digestion. The Bad: The inclusion of "Whey Powder" and added "L-Glutamine" suggests they are cutting corners on the actual protein quality to keep the price down. Advice: If youโve already bought it, use itโit won't hurt you. But for your next purchase, look for a brand that lists only Whey Isolate or Concentrate, with no "Whey Powder" and no added individual amino acids like Glutamine or Taurine.
