No idea how this product is highly rated. The taste is horrible, and if you want to get a return, YOU have to pay for shipping costs — which is more expensive than the product itself. So it’s a scam, stay far away from this product.

Pedi este producto por sus buenas reseñas, y ya que decía que tenía buen sabor. Pero no me lo esperaba tan bueno. He probado otros batidos proteicos y nada que ver. Recomendable 100% por el sabor. Ahora, los he comprado para intentar perder unos kilos, empece ayer a tomarlos, asi que cuando pase un tiempo volvere para actualizar. No sacian al instante, pero es verdad que al de 30-40minutos no tienes esa necesidad de comer más. De momento, lo recomiendo. Ya veremos más adelante si cumple su función.

Love the taste! It mixes great with either milk or water and actually keeps me full, which has always been the biggest issue for me with other meal replacement shakes.

I'm a big fan of meal replacement shakes for weight loss. They make it easier to maintain a calorie deficit without counting every single calorie, all while giving you a nutritionally complete meal. Plus, they're quick to prepare when you're busy or just can't be bothered with a traditional lunch. This was my first try of Protein Works' offerings, I chose the 1kg Millionaire's Shortbread flavour during a sale instead of my usual Huel to test it out. It offered noticeably better value for money, and also a slightly lower calorie count per two-scoop serving (around 250 kcal compared to Huel's ~400 kcal per comparable serving), which I figured might be better for where I'm at with my diet right now. I'm genuinely very pleased with both the flavour and texture, it seems like a good quality powder to me. It mixes well in my Huel shaker (though not quite as well in my Shakesphere shaker, probably because it lacks a strainer). I don't notice much of a smell from the powder, it's quite subtle. The Millionaire's Shortbread taste definitely comes through, even if it has a slight oaty note, and it genuinely helps to satiate that craving for a sweet treat without actually being one. Of the two Protein Works flavours I've tried, the other being Caramel Macchiato, this is my favourite. I'd happily switch to this from Huel now. It offers better value per meal, especially when you catch it on sale, and tastes great.

J'ai entamer un programme de perte de poids en juillet, rééquilibrage alimentaire, jeune intermittent et sport, j'ai réussi à perdre 26kg mais il m'en reste 7 récalcitrants. Malgré l'augmentation de la dépense physique je stagnait. J'ai décider d'utiliser ce produit pour remplacer le repas du soir. Je l'accompagne d'un fruit ou d'une assiette de légume en 3 jours j'ai perdu près de 500g je vise le kilo par semaine et grâce à ce substitut de repas j'y arriverais. Avouons le, le goût est très sucré et pas agréable, il cale bien seul pour la soirée et la matinée. Je recommande dans le cadre d'un programme sport et d'une alimentation équilibrée.
