This Camco EvoFlex2 25-ft drinking water hose is outstanding and a huge upgrade from standard RV hoses. BEST HOSES EVER. We use them on our commercial fishing boat and they stand up to the rigors of that, so after fighting with residential hoses here at home, I was like **duh** get the Camco here, too. They are flexible, very difficult to kink, the fittings are made from stainless steel. They last years and are worth every penny!

Well designed and very functional! Even if you have a small camper like a teardrop, I encourage you to get a longer length hose (minimally 50 ft). It really is drinking water quality hosing. I hate the weird plastic-y taste that you get from a standard yard hose. When I fill up the tank on my camper, I want water that tastes good, not like plastic--and this hose delivers. ZERO plastic flavoring! For pulling water from my house spigot, we can directly fill our water tank with zero issues. When we fill from well water or other sources on the road, we also add a water filter to the mix. I love that this comes with a mesh fabric holding bag to keep the hose stored safely and cleanly, while still allowing it to dry completely. The bag is large enough to actually accommodate the hose easily (although warning, it can be challenging to roll up this much hose without having the center fall out... pay attention when doing it, or better, do it on a flat surface before transferring it to the bag). I originally bought a 25 foot hose. That was a mistake. The 50 foot does not take up much more space in storage, but it is so much easier to work with when running from a spigot to your rig. I now have both a 25 ft and the 50 ft--and we bring both with us when on the road. There have been several times when we have needed all of the length of those two hoses connected. Sometimes you need to fill up at a gas station or rest area where it can be hard to either get your rig close enough, or when there are other vehicles blocking access. Having the extra length gives you options. The hose does not kink in use. At least, we have never had a problem with that happening. Mind you, we only roll it out straight to our camper, so it's not like I'm dragging it around the yard to water plants. Additionally, this is a remarkably lightweight hose, making it easy to move around. While not the cheapest, this is compact, easy to store, and it does its job perfectly, making it a very good value for the money.

I like Camco products for their durability and convenience. I have a 25 ft kink free hose that I love using while camping. I was looking forward to this because of it's compact size. I hooked it up once and it took forever to get the kinks out of it to run water. It's also like most retractable or compact hoses that have a canvas sheeting on the outside. I ran a previous one through a rose bush and that took care of that one. I really wanted to like this but ended up sending it back because it was too much of a hassle to straighten every time you hooked it up. Maybe it would be better with a hose reel.

Buy this hose! You won’t regret it. After years of fighting a stiff hose to get it back into my rv storage box this hose is a dream come true. It works great, packs small and has no issues when you roll it up.

Great lightweight hose for RV water supplies. No issues with water flow or leaks. Easy to install and wrap up once done. Performed well for our first Rv trip and seems to be durable enough for years of use.

I’m super happy with the Evoflex hoses from Camco. I’ve had a lot of different hoses over the years. I’ve tried the hoses that compress flat, the hoses that shrink down and the regular blue hoses. I have a couple of premium Camco water hoses, and they are a great product and very durable, but retain coil shape and are not flexible. To start the hose is lighter in weight than a regular blue hose. But it doesn’t compromise on the quality of the threaded ends. Plus it has coil style end protectors, which is a big plus. The hose does roll up, but when you unroll it and straighten it a bit there is no coil memory and it lies nice and flat. The hose does not tend to kink, especially with water pressure applied. The blue color is nice. And while all hoses pick up some dirt as they are laying on the ground, dirt and sand don’t tend to stick to the exterior texture of the hose. This hose is competitively priced and is replacing all the hoses in my gear collection.

Hose was good but had to cut off and replace fittings as they do not fit Australian taps- wrong thread.
