M12 Compact Inflator Kit

I love this thing. You dial in the pressure you want and it auto-stops when it gets there. I have verified its calibration with my gages and it has been consistent and accurate. Perfect for motorcycle tires at the track. Light, small, and easy to transport. Runs a long time on a single charge if just doing bike tires. The chuck is a screw on brass unit of good quality. It will fit in and on to the rather tricky to access stock straight valve stems of a Yamaha MT 10 or R1 front wheel (rear too no problem).It works well to adjust car tires too. I don't know how well it would last if was used extensively to air up truck tires after off-roading or whatever (I doubt too long), but for routine air up the daily driver's tires a few PSI, it has worked well.

After a frustrating 15 minutes of trying to inflate my tires at a gas station, I had a nice guy stop and help me. He showed me that the attachment was so worn on the gas station compressor that it wouldn’t connect to my tire stem. He pulled an M2 out of his car and inflated all my tires in minutes, showing me how easy it works. I ordered one asap and it works great! It connects securely and is simple to use. The only issue I had was the battery wouldn’t seat fully in the charger but I called the OEM tech support and he walked me through smacking it a couple of times to seat it and now it fit fine. Problem solved! I love this product!

I have run flats on my MINI Cooper, and when there are temperature changes (to the cold side), I get the typical warning signs familiar to many people with many different kinds of vehicles. I don't have the time to run to my dealer or favorite service center to deal with the warning lights, etc., and I know my tires truly need air. This unit saved me! It's easy to use, very portable, reliable, everything I need. I do have one problem, and that is that I lack the hand strength to remove the battery from the main unit after use. Apparently silicone spray (a known brand, not something from a discount group on the corner) should work. I haven't used it yet, but I think it will do the trick.

Ordered the kit which was to have inflator, battery and charger, only received inflator. The box had been opened before I received because the tape was cut. There was also a white label placed on the box to coverup the battery and charger. I’m guessing someone took battery and charger out and returned the item. Will be returning.

This is one of those "how did I get along without it" tools. Between bicycles, motorcycles, trailers and the occasional car I'm always airing up a tire somewhere. I love this thing! It is light, very portable plus the ability to set a target pressure and do other items while it does it's job is great! The battery lasts, thought I can't really quantify it, and I like the ability to just throw it in the truck and go. I've had a lot of small compressors, including an ARB in my truck, but often just use this one for light duty because of the convience.
