Worst product and worst experience in customer care
One of the worst pants I have ever worn. After wearing it for just the second time, it tore, which clearly shows the poor quality of the product.The delivery experience was also very disappointing. Amazon marked the order as "delivered" in the app even before I actually received it. I raised a complaint, and only after three days was the product finally delivered.To make matters worse, the product itself was defective. The fabric started tearing, and layers of material began coming out after one use. When I checked, the return window had already closed. I contacted Amazon customer service and explained the entire situation, but instead of helping, they was told that nothing could be done and that I could end the call.As customers, we trust the platform and spend our money expecting quality products and support when issues arise. Unfortunately, in this case, both the product quality and customer service were extremely disappointing.
