Not as good as expected
Worked well at first; the ergo design is comfortable and it slides smoothly across my skin. The vibrate feature is always on when using the red light though, which I didn't really like. It also doesn't seem to hold a charge as long as advertised, which may be due to the vibrate always being on. I gave it 3 stars because the vibrate feature broke maybe 10 minutes after I charged the unit for the second time. The entire unit stopped working a few minutes after that so now it's useless. Probably not worth what I paid for it

Great gift, came nicely packaged
Bought this as a birthday gift for my mom, and she absolutely loves it. The packaging was presentable, and the user manual was clear enough for her to figure out on her own. She's been using it every day and told me her skin feels firmer and more hydrated. Even my dad tried it for his neck and said it felt like a mini massage. Might have to get one for myself too. Great value for money.

It vibrates automatically once it touches your skin, which is convenient because you don’t have to fiddle with buttons while using it. I usually use it while watching TV for 10 minutes a day. My skin feels more hydrated and lifted.
