I purchased these Hearing Aids for a family member, and they’ve exceeded our expectations in every way. These are perfect for seniors and anyone with moderate hearing loss. one of the very nice thing about this set is you can NOT tell it's hearing aid, it looks like any nice modern Bluetooth headset which makes it attractive to wear. The sound is natural and sharp, and the noise cancellation is superb. Conversations and TV audio are now incredibly clear, The Bluetooth feature is a game-changer! It seamlessly connects to smartphones, making calls and audio streaming convenient and effortless. another great thing about this set vs the regular hearing aid is these recharge quickly and hold a charge for an impressive amount of time, no need to change batteries. The simple button control makes adjusting the volume a breeze. It’s perfect for adapting to different environments, it has 5 different modes. The ergonomic design makes them comfortable to wear all day. The setup was straightforward, and the instructions were easy to follow. My family member finds these so intuitive and lightweight that they forget they’re wearing them. and i only explained how it works one time which makes me say it's easy to use for senior.

I got these for my 88yo mom and she loves them. Mostly needed them for TV. Super comfortable, and easy to increase or decrease volume. She can't have anything in her ears, so these are perfect. I have tiny ears holes, so I have Bluetooth ones that aren't hearing aids and I love them. There's nothing to fall out of your ears. Highly recommend!!

Please be advised, this company has zero intention of honoring their warranty. They will make you jump through a million hoops to send in proof of the issue. And for every one you send, they have another… for weeks! Then they just ghost you and stop replying at all. On their warranty form, which has to completed within 10-15 days (different info in different spots), there is a box you can check saying ‘I know I have to come back to this page AFTER I leave my review’ (but before you’ve had them long enough to have any issues)… then after you have left your great review, there’s no way back to the previous page to complete the warranty form. So now, they have a glowing review and you never completed the form. Ok, these are great little hearing aids, but don’t expect them to last a year. I have not tried PURCHASING the service option, so I can’t speak to the honor of that. The ‘warranty’ that SHOULD cover the unit is merely smoke and lights (a source of frustration)… why would we need to BUY coverage when it supposedly comes with a ‘warranty’?? You’ve been warned…

I’ve been very pleased with these inexpensive hearing aids. I’ve tried many but these are far better than others which I would give zero stars to. I’m on my third pair. I broke the first by being too rough, one of the second pair died. The third pair is going strong. For some reason the price is all over the place but for around $100 there’s nothing in the market even close

These great Bluetooth hearing aids are a great, economical alternative to having to get a $5000 pair of hearing aids. Many people can't afford actual hearing aids, but the amazing technology in these ear buds accomplish basically the same job! I love that you have several different modes you can use, depending on how loud the environment is. My favorite part though is that they pair with my phone so I can use the phone or listen to music or my favorite podcasts through them. It's really nice because the sound quality is really good and I can be in public places and not worry about bothering anyone around me. And while they have replaced my AirPods, they also really help me hear things I didn't used to be able to do, especially where there is a lot of ambient noise, like in a restaurant or airport. The amplification can be set on different levels, so you have to find what your hearing needs. Finally, I love how long the charge lasts -- normally all day -- and then you can just recharge them, rather than having to replace those little hearing air batteries all the time!

These are wonderful until the right ear goes out! For some reason, its always the right ear. This is our 3rd set that I bought for my husband. These last pair lasted 3 months!! :( I think we need to find something else, another brand. Just so irritated!
