This really helped when I experienced a blocked nose which came on mid afternoon daily for 3months. It always clears the blocked nose after only a few minutes which is a wonderful relief, but after a few days using it, I found my nose become blocked throughout the day and night (in addition to to the mid afternoon to early evening allergic response) and I had to increase use of the spray, almost like I had become reliant on it.

If you have severe hay fever. This is the only one that helped me. Purple one is better tough

I'm shocked noone else has had my experience and a little confused. When I use it I suddenly become lightheaded and feel incredibly sick and this then effects me for hours after alongside a spaced out feeling. Absolutely cannot use it because of this reason 🤦
