This is my guilty pleasure. I have enjoyed Ensure since I was in the hospital. It's a quick way to get vitamins and the extra protein helped after my gallbladder surgery. I had lost a lot of weight and wasn't able to eat much. But these really helped to make sure the body was getting what it needed even when I was unable to eat much. My nails and hair grew stronger, and I finally started putting on weight, and this was a sign to me that it was working. I am not sure why this seemed to work better for me than regular vitamins, but it does. I recommend. Also, for those who have a sweet tooth, it is sweet. I have had to use these to encourage some picky drinkers to get their vitamins while working at the nursing home. It works great if needed.

Great taste and complete nutrition to complement a meal or as a meal replacement when necessary. I used to plow snow years ago and would be out hours at a time with no time to stop and eat for sometimes ~36 hours and these were great to me feeling full and nutritionally healthy.

Truly life saving. Can make a smoothie and add fruit to change the taste or add variety. Can also freeze and blend.

My husband is fighting cancer and her loves the vanilla flavor because it tastes like a real mcdonald's shake.

Wonderful to get such a bulk quantity instead of 12. My mom really enjoys these and at her age, 97, she needs high protein and good calories with this nutrient balence too! She really likes them so we have to get 48 each month!
