Great quality product.

Great bed booster for sitting up in bed, very firm. Packaging was very interesting, vacuum packed so all the pieces fit in a VERY small package. Expands out when opened. Quality seems very good.

Horrible for post surgery. Back is wavy not smooth and hard to postion correctly. Angle is 'off'. Very, very uncomfortable and not practical. Beware: Item comes shrink-wrapped in small tube-shaped plastic wrap, but you need a large box to return it once it expands. In addition, you need to go to UPS with it already boxed, making almost impossible to return if you don't have a large box on hand.
