Surecan SUR50K1 Kerosene Can, Blue

I am a landscaper. I decided to buy the "kerosene" version for the color blue for my mixed gas, to stand out from my red ones. Sure Can is amazing. Even after I know at least (30) 5 gallon fill ups, being thrown around in my trailer and on the ground by my guys. It still works great!love the way it pours so much easier to just lift it to pour instead of tilting.Just make sure that when whatever you're filling is almost fill, let go of the button because there will still be alittle that comes out, if you time it right you will never spill it. Super easy to use!All around great and will be buying more soon for my other trailer!

Outstanding Product. A little on the pricey side, but these Gas and Fuel Cans are very well built and should last for years. Easy to operate and very handy for getting the Fuel into tight Fuel Tanks.

Trying to get diesel into my tractor, and gas into riding mower gas tanks with unusual angles always led to ruined pants and smelly hands. This is foolproof and works every time with absolutely no leaks. Unclear why they ship it with the valve secured in the open position, didn't notice on first fill and sprayed gas. Just be cognizant of that. Best part is at end of fill-up, just release handle and no drips or spills.

Iove the Surecan I lost my husband and have to fill the golf cart and lawnmower myself and it has made it so much easier!

I have used this can a few times to fill my garage heater this fall and found to be to be very convenient for dispensing. Although I do have a complaint. When I purchase kerosene i order 5 Gallons then proceed to the pump. When refueling of filling the Sure can I found I had to tip the can backwards to get the last few cents of kerosene that I payed for. This becomes difficult because I only have two hands, one hand on the pump nozzle and the other tipping the can. So I found I had to put my foot under the can to tip it so I can replace the pump nozzle. So what do you think happens? I remove the nozzle from the can and it drips fuel on my shoe as it runs down the side of the can. I then have to tighten the cap to keep it from spilling out of the sure-can. So now I have fuel on my shoe and fuel on the bottom of the can. I put the sure-can in the car and smell fuel all the way home. I ask myself why didn't the make this product to hold just 5% more Kerosene????

Love these! I had 2 no-spill cans, another brand, and both split around the nozzle.rings. talk about wasting almost $100 on 2 cans.These Surcans do not have the same issue as the other. These are built like a tank.And lastly, no issues with filling a tractor, weed wacker, motorcycle etc. Some say the fill tanks slower. No way, flow rate is just fine.I did remove the stupid trigger safety part. Just drilled it out since a royal pain and yes, it is an EPA scary feature. The world will end and seas will rise...lol

Worked great at first but the flow lever inside barely opens up causing fluid to just trickle out now. Only had it for 13 months. Don't waste your money.

So, who is tired of holding a 5 gallon gas can over a small hole, while being hunched over and trying not have the hand you need under the can slip and cause a spill which could be either messy, dangerous, or both? Me! I am tired of it! I bought the kerosene version, and when I fill my kerosene heater with this can, I just stand up straight, and can pour kero in more quickly, and with only one hand. It's almost too easy!So far, no drips or leaks, and if that keeps up, this can will be worth every penny and more!And BTW, I am not a paid reviewer. I bought one of these, and it deserves a great review.
