You can't be at these lights for the money! The color range isn't perfect - it's basically bright white or warm white, but the level adjustment is excellent. In addition, the base is great - both the magnets and the clamp are strong. The neck is plenty long and flexible enough to cover most any reading or small lighting task, unless you bring an unabridged dictionary to bed with you. I can't say about the battery life, as I haven't run either down all the way yet, but the length of time it took to charge would lead me to believe that the battery is ample for this unit. If I'm incorrect on this, I'll update my review - I bought one for my dad, who is an avid insomniac reader, but uses his table lamp to read by. I'm hoping this will help him get to / back to sleep faster, and he should give it a good workout. These would work well for many other things besides reading, due to the above mentioned features. One that pops first into my mind is a portable nightlight for children - it is adjustable to be bright enough to keep the monsters under the bed at bay, but not too bright to interfere with sleeping.

I’ve been using this book light every single night and I’m honestly very impressed. The battery lasts a long time — I only need to charge it once a week for about 1–2 hours, and it’s good to go. Super convenient. The light comes with three color modes: Warm Light, Cool White, and Soft Warm-White (Mixed). All three are useful, but I love the warm mode for late reading because it’s easy on the eyes. It clips on well, stays in place, and the brightness levels are strong without being harsh. Small, lightweight, and reliable. I’m really happy with it and definitely recommend it if you read at night.

Lighting is great! Love that it’s chargeable. Only thing is the clip part is a little bulky for my taste but other than that great ready light. Better for hard cover books not so great for paperbacks. Because of the bulky charging battery.

I love this little light. I got it for a trip, and now I use it at home when I don't want to disturb my husband. The warm color choice is really nice. The brighter choice is enough to light a corner of the room. It is very stable when clipped to a book, and it holds a charge for a LONG time.

Initially this light was great- I loved that it had a few different shades of light to choose from, it was bright, and lasted a long time. I used this light for 20-30 minutes, several nights a week to read my Bible. It did well for about 2 months, then it stopped taking a charge. It now has a weak light and will stay on for about 5 minutes max, then turns off. Unfortunately, I have to toss it and find a more reliable book light.
