I loved it excellent material, very sturdy, and comfortable. It's adjustable. You can remove the gray part and use it just as a shaping belt if you want. It tightens the waist well. Very good 👍

I worked as a full time gardener, so constantly on my hands and knees and my lower back takes a bashing daily.I was advised to purchase a lower back brace to help support my posture and prevent future issues and pain.I have been wearing/using it now for about a month, wanted to test it before leaving a review.It certainly helps, can be made as snug as you need, I wear it quite low on my back and I love the removable pressure point mould feature which I can feel working when I’m weeding and clearing.Not terribly comfortable to drive in but you get used to it. It’s a relief when I take it off, so you know it’s definitely holding you in all the right places..Overall it’s perfect for manual work where you have to do a lot of bending and lifting. I would be in a lot more pain if I wasn’t using it, that’s for certain.

I've had a deformed vertebra since 1989 so I know a thing or two about lower back pain. After a recent flare up of pain (because I've let my core strength slip) I ordered this support and can say it is the best I've ever had by a very long way. It's super supportive whilst not being too constrictive and I can adjust it perfectly to my needs. I can't find any negatives yet but I've only had it a few hours. It even holds my beer gut in.

I was really looking forward to receiving this product as my back has been giving me trouble lately. The belt itself looks well made and durable. It has adjustable Velcro straps to wrap around the waist. The brace has a rigid backing (made of alloy bars) and a removable lumbar cushion for lower back support. There are two extra straps to adjust the compression level, this is useful if you wear it for longer periods or often throughout the day.However I'm gutted that I accidently ordered the wrong size and now another family member is enjoying its benefits. Based on their impressions, my previous experience with other types of back belts, and the product appearance, I think 4 star is a fair evaluation. Now I need to order my own.

It is a thoughtful design and the materials used are top quality. I consulted the seller’s size guide and this was a sound decision, the belt fits me well and provides good support with space to breathe. I like the detachable 3D massage pad, there are times when this will be very helpful. It isn’t always obvious, to me, which way the supports should be worn, this one has the top clearly marked ‘UP’ to avoid uncertainty. There is a leaflet which shows where on your waist it should sit for maximum effectiveness, and also a washing care label attached, which is helpful.All eight of the lumbar support bars are stitched in, they won’t come adrift as I go about my daily activities. The two in the centre (either side of the spine) are the strongest, the bars out towards the hips have some flexibility so they don’t dig in when I walk around or bend.For the price of £29.99, on offer, at the time of this review, this is good value. It is a thoughtfully designed, good quality, sturdy support and I can’t fault it. The fit is good and it provides pain relief support where it is needed. 5 stars.

I ordered a S size according to the measurements, but the belt is a bit too short me, though I can still wear it, I can just barely close it with the velcro tape. So that I feel it is a bit too tight for me. I usually wear UK 12-14 size, so I guess I should have use a M size instead.The belt is well made, and the material is very good. To wear it, first you tape the belt and then use the straps at the both sides to tighten up the belt to give more support to the lower back. There is a cushion like pad at the back which feels soft enough and very supportive. The back has some hard material to give you the back support so that you can maintain a good posture.It is easy to use and very supportive to the lower back. Good for my back pain and also to improve my posture. Also it helps me to maintain my posture when I need to lift something. The back part is wide enough so that it covers a larger area, in this way it give more support and I like it.

The belt was brilliant and some really supportive helps you back however on the left vertical strip, the stitching looks like it’s frayed all or been dropped: manufacturing defect. So I returned it and got another one.I just received another one with the same problem. On top of that, Amazon packed it without any brown paper packaging so anyone could have opened it and tried it because there is no seal.

This fits perfectly! Ive had a fusion and need two more at least for four more herniated discs this brace when adjusted correctly does a very good job and lifting the core weight off to support your spine the value is great and it adjusts easily. I have had to purchase a ore surgery one and $1,500 and while this is not the rigid plastic it does do the job for everyday use. For the users that say it is junk I just dont see that. Get the right size and you will be pleased with the support. Its easy to put on yourself and to keep it clean just put over a light undershirt I am very pleased with this I did a lot of research before buying this and it was worth it
