Beautiful product but trashed box
The product is absolutely gorgeous, no complaint about that. Unfortunately I can not say the same about the way they ship stuff... so Something is shipped from the US to the UK... and there is no bubblerwap/protection on the package? the box itself is how you will give this as a present and the box (obviously ) is completely trashed /broken/damaged. I dont even blame the person who delivered it because how can they just ship something without wrapping it up? All this talk about quality of the product etc... Its the details and no common sense applied when shipping an item.
