I'm going to have to start experimenting with something that dissolves the adhesive before I pull the strip off my nose, as it regularly takes a piece of skin with it, no matter how gently and slowly I remove it. I've tried water, to no great effect. Does anyone have something that works well? Hoping I don't have to resort to kerosene, LOL!That said, these things really help my sleep. I used to wake up in the middle of the night with a parched mouth from breathing through my mouth, drink water, and then later have to get up to pee. Definitely not a Rx for a great night's sleep! These help me breathe through my itty bitty little nostrils and sleep with my mouth closed.

This is the one you want. I've recently put on a lot of weight. I found that this somehow translated to where I could not sleep with my mouth closed. This in return caused me to wake up several times at night seemingly dehydrated - for a drink of water. I took a chance on this not being sure if my issue was sinus related. It was. Once I started putting these on, I haven't had the issue of not being able to sleep unless my mouth is open. I can now breath just fine and fall asleep with my mouth shut. I like the Breathe Right Extra as it sticks to my nose all night without a problem. I tried the Breathe Right Clear for sensitive skin, and that one didn't stay stuck to my nose all night - despite the fact that I wash my face with soap prior to going to sleep, I guess my skin was too oily for the Sensitive Skin Breathe Right. No such issues with this Breathe Right Extra!

I use this product to be able to breathe well and have restful sleep. They work really well.
