Breathe RightNasal Strips, Extra, 26-Count Box (3 Pack)

I've been using this product for years and although it doesn't perfectly keep my nasal passages open, it does so enough that I have to wear it at night to prevent a totally stopped-up nose. To get the best fit, make sure your hands and nose area are clean, that you position it in the right area of the nose bridge (photos with the enclosed instructions show where to place it), and press down long enough on the sides to get a good stick. The trick to taking it off is not to pull it, which can tear the skin, but to use wet fingers to gently loosen it. For those with tough allergies like myself, it is very helpful. Highly recommend unless a person can't stand having something on their skin.

If you have allergies, asthma, a deviated septum, a cold, or just cannot breath from your nose at night these work miracles. You have to clean your nose very well..or use a little Stridex pad or rubbing alcohol to make them stick properly all night. Them you have to remove them according to the directions very slowly pulling from each corner at the same time very slowly or you will pull off a piece of skin! That is the major complaint from people who do not follow directions.These prevent the dry mouth from breathing from your mouth and help you to get to sleep. Some people say it helps with snoring, I would not know but t would not hurt. You will become addicted to these and never sleep without them..trust me!

seasonal allergies and sinus congestion/inflammation, plus a tendency for sleep apnea, compromise my sleep. I am told that all of these problems together cause some mighty snoring.with the breath right strips, these problems are diminished, I sleep more soundly. I live in Mexico, can't find breath right strips here. So I ordered many boxes through amazon to keep me supplied for the long term.they replace Afrin-type nasal sprays which help for a few hours but then rebound if abused. breath right is not a medication and thus is safe and effective.highly recommended for those who may need this kind of help for daytime or nighttime use

My husband uses these nightly and his snoring has decreased significantly. The extra strength kind seem to work better for him because his skin tends to be oily. After he cleans his nose with alcohol or witch hazel, he lets it dry then applies the strip. It stays on until he takes it off in the morning. Excellent product.

Very pricey but WORKS!! Helps me breathe better at night.

I use these to sleep to help breathe through my nose -- I find anything other than the "Extra" doesn't stick and I'll wake up with half of it off. The only complaint I have and it's my fault, I'm not good at following the directions is it leaves adhesive on my nose because I don't remove it in the shower.

I am very happy with this product. It stays on all night,also 100 percent stay glued to my nose as I first applied them, in the past some strips failed and I would waste about 1 out of 5. Helps me breathe much easier!!

As always, if you have an issue breathing through your nose, these could literally be a life saver, they were for me.
