Totally defective piece, cannot start motor, even start button is broken and seems like 2-3 jars are dirty like used one.. Can I request for refund please? As my daughter was relocating herself we did not open the packaging till yesterday that is 28 th July

Product is working good, however i did not receive two jar lids . Can i purchase them separately.

Burning smells coming out.Literally never recommended at all . Rubbish😤I want to check it with a little amount of spices and it smells burnt.
