I think this is rated to low. In my experience with the product-it’s great. I prefer the nuggets soft. which I think you can soften them from prolonged heat like if you keep them in your vehicle or pocket but there are hard and soft nuggets pretty simple if you can afford to test it. My main complaint is the labeling for different sizes is not clear and that’s about it. I get dry mouth a lot in spite of tons of water and electrolytes and this seems like a better lifestyle choice than xylitol gum which I chewed religiously before. I like it -again i think the ratings are too low and I recommend this product if you aren’t picky regarding taste (like pine sap/needles) which I am actually like.

Exactly what I expected and an easy 10/10. Curious about the veracity of the negative reviews. The taste is fine (what did you expect!?), it doesn’t stick to your teeth at all, it is rigorous to chew and works the jaw as advertised.

Do yourself a favor and do not buy this product. The gum gets soft and falls apart in the mouth and sticks to your teeth. The pieces of this gum were stuck to my teeth for days and would not come out with flossing or brushing and I had to get professional teeth cleaning done to remove all the little pieces from my teeth. Do not buy this product. You will not be happy when this happens.

Long story short- I have had a lot of belly issues, bloating and indigestion. Tried bunch of things and then discovered mastic gum. This one was a complete game changer! It helped me heal my belly and get things in order. I keep it at my desk and use it every day. Also bought capsules for extra help. I love the flavor and smell, very natural - you can tell it is pure mastic gum. I find it easy to chew, it is definitely a workout but you get used to it after first few days. Funny thing- I use these while I workout and really give me extra alert and focus! Totally recommend

I wouldn’t really consider these large pieces, some as small and a tear drop . It’s very chewy almost hard to chew but I don’t mind. Flavor is like a pine tree but faint. Also like old gum with no flavor . I enjoy this product because I am in no carbs right now and want a distraction.

Love this gum! Only downside is on these large pieces some of them are so soft and sticky that I can't keep them from getting stuck in my teeth. the majority of the pieces are great tho, that likely comes with the territory of a natural product.

The nuggets which are hard and has a crunch to it doesn’t seem to be sticking to the gums. The rest of them which are soft gets stuck to the gums and is difficult to remove them. Definitely not worth your money. Find a better selling product and save your money.

It taste a little funky at first but I definitely feel the workout in my jaw. Love this stuff.

This is a quality product but not my taste.
