The different elements allow you to vary the exercise. Having been told by my Doctor that I had evidence of muscle wastage in both hands I decided to do some gentle hand exercises and this proved useful and I can feel the benefit.

For what you get, I will say good value. BUT couldn't they have added some suggestions about the exercises, how to use the equipment etc. Even just a web link would have been useful. Is good though, am using at least two items daily to strengthen hands because I'm on crutches and finding that a strain

I have cidp and use these as losing strength in my hand these are part of my daily routine

Doesn't even warrant 1 star, only thing I kept was the blue/black grip. The smaller spring loaded grip with individual finger parts just fell apart in the bag. The ball and ring should be in the dog toy section of Amazon.

Il kit contiene tutti gli attrezzi promessi, in ottime condizioni e svolgono la funzione per cui sono preposti correttamente. Consigliato!!
