As somebody who can't stand coffee or tea and who doesn't want the sweeteners or cost of energy drinks, I've been getting my caffeine through pills for years. I've always felt that caffeine pills take too long to work, so lately I've been trying some of the caffeinated hot chocolate on the market. I also thought it might be a nice change of pace to have the coffee-style ritual that a lot of people enjoy.I could only find three brands online to try and this is the only one that tastes like classic hot chocolate to me. Quite frankly, it's the only one of the three I can stomach at all. One of the others is low-sugar and comes in a pouch. I had high hopes for it as a low-calorie option but it tasted absolutely foul to me - almost as bad as coffee. The third brand wasn't quite that bad, but close. I couldn't finish a whole cup.For whatever reason, VIVA nails the classic hot chocolate taste with no weirdness that I can detect. The number of calories is a bit more than I'd like, so I'm only drinking one cup per day and then using caffeine gum the rest of the day.The one order I've placed was short by 9 pouches so be sure to count them. When I notified the company through the Amazon interface they responded immediately and shipped out the balance, plus a few extra for my trouble. Very nice!Unless they start tinkering with the formula or hike the price, this is my brand!

I can't drink coffee because it makes me sick. I have been looking everywhere for caffeinated Cocoa. This one works very well. The artificial sweetener is too sweet for me. I put a piece of dark chocolate into the cup to lessen the artificial sweetness. As long as this product is reasonably priced I will continue to buy.  Would be even better if they make a dark chocolate flavor or not use the artificial sweetener in the product.

Tastes as good as Land o Lakes hot chocolate. This has the caffeine I need.

I mostly love the taste of this hot chocolate. It perfect for us who don't like coffee but want that caffine.

This is a great option instead of coffee. Our high school drinks a cup everyday before school.

Good kick. Tastes great. Bummer they are out of stock or I would definitely buy another box.
