Decent taste - no yucky sugar alcohols
Don't be put off by the small size of the container. The sweetness is really concentrated! It will last you through many baking sessions. Most commercial zero calorie sweetners have erythritol added. Well, this is pure monk fruit. You asked for it? You got it. It won't upset your stomach.

Really sweet and good taste
Very good flavor and aroma, it has a fruity touch when sweetening tea and infusions, it goes a long way, but it's difficult to dissolve in cold drinks. I recommend heating a small amount of the liquid and dissolving it there, then adding it to the cold drink.

Taste great
Pure monk fruit!!! It's the best sweetener that I've ever tasted. A little goes a long way, because it's so sweet. I don't know about cooking with it, I just use it for smoothies and tea.

First time trying it
It is actually sweet and can be a nice alternative to sugar, depending on what you're using it for. I've added it to my granola that has a wide variety of flavours so it masked the weird aftertaste that you'll taste if you taste it in its own. I did get the weird aftertaste when I added it to a pretty plain herbal tea though. So my advice is to use it in something that has a string flavour to mask that and you should be good to go. I tend to use 4-5 of the tiny scoop per granola and tea just to give it a little sweetness. I think it's good value for money for the amount of uses I can get out of it

is as described
Product delivered is well represented in the amazon add. Comes with it's own measuring scoop to aid with use of the concentrated sweetener. have used in a number of servings, potency / ability to sweeten with the very small amount is also as advertised. We are pleased to have a zero calory sweetener without the un-pronounceable chemical substances normally packaged with monk fruit. Consistency of the sweetener is more powder like, not crystals other product sold that attempt to mimic granular suger.

Sweetener Alternative Thoughts
I ordered this product in order to move away from using cane sugar or artificial sweeteners. This comes as a very fine, and very sweet powder. It does not contain erythritol which I liked. However, due to this issue, the volume (for the price) is quite small. I did end up adding a small amount of cane sugar for some items that required larger amounts of a sweetener or the monk fruit alone would be too sweet in that amount.. (While this isn't ideal, I would rather have this than artificial sweetener). One minor caution. When you open the lid/paper interior cover you can inadvertently cause the powder to fly up out of the container. I ended up just putting a small hole in the paper cover and just shaking the powder out. All in all, I am satisfied with this product and will purchase again.
