I'm a broadcast professional and bought two of these streaming boxes in January 2023. I'm using them to remotely monitor HD-SDI signals in our facility. I have to say these work well, were easy to configure, and there is actually technical support from China! I needed something very low cost with extremely low latency to send out some streams (for personal monitoring) 24/7. I'm using the RTSP streaming mode on these, and the latency is only a fraction of a second even when viewed over public Internet. In my case, I chose not to expose this streaming box directly to the Internet, but instead am feeding it into my security camera system, and watching via that app on my phone or PC. I had a few questions and emailed support, and was very surprised by a prompt reply the same day from China. They provided me firmware updates and actually followed up with a few emails to make sure the boxes were working well for me.

It has exceeded my expectations in delivering top-notch video streaming quality. Its versatility in decoding various formats like H.265 and H.264 ensures compatibility with a wide range of devices. Setting it up was a breeze, and the HD IPTV decoding capabilities offer seamless streaming experiences. Whether it's SDI, HDMI, VGA, or CVBS inputs, this decoder handles them all flawlessly.

My third Uraycoder product. All are still working and backed up by outstanding customer support. This worked right out of the box (it's IP range matched my own lan) and then also was able to decode the rtmp push from a DJI drone, something other decoders have not been able to do. If you need a decoder, this is the one.

I was glad that I knew something about setting up streaming encoders, because I'd have surely been lost using only the documentation provided with the encoder. I ended up just walking the menus and filling in the info needed based on experience with other encoders. Initially I ran into a problem with the sound being out of sync with the video, but a little bit of thought sorted that out.The product is in a nice metal case, and after running the encoder with live video for several days in a row, there were no overheating issues. I wouldn't call this hardware "enterprise grade" but It seems to function reliably over an extended period of time.I did not attempt to get tech support from the company, so have left that rating blank.

This SDI encoder takes a bit longer to config and get running. Once you learn the interface it is pretty easy. I have had 2 of these on TV shows streaming for the last 7 months. The units have been reliable working 4 days a week 10 hours a day in 1080p. The images look good. For the price I purchased a 3rd unit as a back up but never had to use it. I would highly recommend these web encoders. Customer service is good. They response in a couple of days.

I am not Maria. I am her husband Fred and I am a broadcast engineer.I am using this to decode a video stream for broadcast on Channel 30 here in my city. The quality of the video output is as good as any I have seen. But what is truly outstanding is their level of support.I bought a different model first and I didn't pay close enough attention to the fact that it did not decode the type of stream I am using. I emailed and received a reply stating this. They gladly assisted in the return of this item and sent a link to this one which I purchased.This unit did accept the URL but the video would not decode. I again contacted them and was asked to provide login info for the stations control computer. And yes I trusted them with admin level login to this computer. Their engineer logged in, performed a deep dive, and now it is working great. I am buying another decoder as soon as I confirm the stream parameters and make sure I order the right one first this time. Thanks Linda for all your support.

We are using the decoder along with a URayCoder UHE265-1WBS-Mini encoder and they both functioned great. Received this item today and changed just a few settings and we were up and running decoding an SRT stream from the encoder connected to our camera over the Internet (port forwarding required). I tested receiving and decoding streams over HTTP, M3U8, and SRT and they all worked as expected!The support contact on the card included in the packaging was responsive and helpful and sent a SRT quick start guide to help me get going with the URayCoder products. As long as it hold up, I have no complaints.

I would not recommend purchasing this product.I purchased it because it had some good reviews and was half the cost of another one I was looking at. DO NOT believe those good reviews. The one I purchased could not play a stream smoothly for any extended period of time. It didn’t matter which version of the stream I accessed. It would skip periodically. I tried contacting tech support and it was very slow. It was always an email response the next day. Who has several days to troubleshoot an issue with one response per day? There was no phone support. I returned it as defective and still haven’t received a refund a month later! I purchased a more expensive encoder from a more reputable company and it has been running flawlessly.
