Love the taste, dissolves easily and definitely helps keep me hydrated. Especially in the Florida heat and humidity. My son uses this as well for football and keeps his performance level up.

I start my morning every morning with this. Also good while working out, walking, hiking. Effectiveness, quality, taste, ingredients, value for money… all 10/10

This is another hydration product that uses coconut water and electrolytes mixed. I like that and it seems to work very well for me. I am going to focus more on this type of product as they tend to work better for me. The strawberry lemonade tastes quite good. It's a very sweet smooth strawberry with a hint of lemon. I give it a 9/10... but if you have some citric acid laying around (you should)... add 1/4 tsp of citric acid to this and the flavor becomes a super strong 10/10. It adds the tart kick this product needs to be perfect. The use of quality ingredients like methylcobalamin is appreciated. If you see cyanocobalamin on a label, be wary, the manufacturer is cutting pennies and not giving you as good a product as you deserve. Biggest downside is the huge 500mg of salt. That's absurd and it should be below 200mg imo. Add more potassium instead.
