Amazing 🤩My kids loved it. It's very easy to install, has a great volume for training, it works like a really training and the different movement activities keep them focused and really have fun. Not hard at all to hit it… The battery lasts a long time, and the gloves are very good quality and are suitable for children of various ages. My kids have been able to use it without any problems. Highly recommended.

I bought it because my boy always has too much energy to burn. He kicks and punch other stuff when he got bored or just for fun. Now he can punch this machine! He follows the music and I can connect it with Bluetooth for different music. He plays it almost every day since I got it! When he is playing with it. I use it to get some exercise. It helps me to release the stress and quickly get back to work without going out of the house! I charged it once and it lasted for days.There are two down parts are:1) it doesn’t come with the charger, only the charging usb wire2) the punching glove smells fishy after sweatsOver all, good quality and fun stuff for everyone in the family!

Just what we needed to help with some emotional regulation for the teenager and others in the home. It is nice that you can program to music via Bluetooth, no way to get completely bored and it get your body moving! The only main issue is that the adhesive strips don't hold to the wall like I would like them to.

My husband has been wanting these ever since I got my brother one a few years ago to help with his stress while going to school, this is a very fun little device, however not for those who are serious "hard hitters".My husband definitely likes to push the boundaries for average items and test his "strength" a lot, this was no exception, right out of the gate my husband hit the right pad so hard it broke, so lesson learned that this is a not a "at the gym punching" bag type item. This is supposed to take average punches and make it fun with its Bluetooth capabilities as well as some fun light games to punch too. Luckily the whole device did not break but the right pad was officially out of order so I would not say it is cheaply made but it cannot handle a powerhouse punch, but my husband is a goof.Other than that once you get into a rhythm with one of the light games or putting on your own music to punch too it is really fun and very tiring so perfect for stress relief or a little bit of a workout.
