The media could not be loaded. I’ve been facing persistent leakage problems. Despite ensuring the filter is tightly and securely installed, water continuously drips from both sides of the filter.

We have well water with a whole house filtration system. The water has been tested and is safe, the only issue is high iron and so the water doesn't taste great. I got this to see if it would help and it does! The water tastes like bottled water, so much better than before! It filters fast and fits well in the fridge. It holds a lot of water, too!

I soaked the filer for 10 minutes, ran water through it twice, and it made sure I cleaned the equipment well. Despite all the steps above the water still had a strange tap taste to it. Disappointed I spent and extra amount of money to be disappointed.

Fills quickly and filter works well. Narrow so saves room on counter or in refrigerator. Filter more expensive but high capacity and lasts longer than Brita. Water tastes good.

As many people do in life… I wish it was bigger ;)Just kidding but I you get what you pay for!I recommend getting the larger size!

I have used Brita water filter picture for years and this holds more than twice as much water and it actually tastes even "cleaner" than before.
