Had some spare budget, so thought I'd give these a try. Main Points: Kept the urinals clean & entire bathroom smelling nice! Pros: 1. Choice of fragrance. We use citrus grove. 2. Easy to put in/remove. Don't need a special tool/gloves. Just a disposal plastic fork picks them up easily to dispose. 3. Keeps the urinal clean, no need for scrubbing/bleach. 4. Usable in all the different urinal styles we have in the different buildings. May not fit perfectly, but does stay in place. Cons: None so far. Neutral: 1. Not sure if it really helps reduce splash. We have one urinal that has a splashing problem. Putting the Airworks screen in that one didn't reduce the splashing at all. But at least the bathroom still smells nice. 2. In urinals with pooled water, it does slightly discolor the water when not used for a week.
