Is this safe for natural fibers, specifically wool or silk?

It has enzymes in it, so I wouldn't use it with silk

Does this work well with hard water?

Don’t know but the small amount I used for a medium load of clothes in a short cycle actually worked. Nice soft fragrance too. However it’s too expensive for every load. There are many other Good laundry soaps that are gentle and they work. This one I’d suggest saving for delicate things.

Can i use white vinegar with this detergent? and with the oxygen booster product? we have extremely hard water. will we need vinegar with the booster?

I’ve used white vinegar bc I like my towels to be extra clean and fresh and I haven’t had any issues.
