TOOK A BIT BUT FINALLY - CUSTOMER SERVICE!
UPDATE AS OF AUGUST 17TH 2026: Finally! I received the correct replacement, and Iโm happy to say that it works perfectly! The front and rear sprays distinctly target two separate areas, and, surprisingly, the front spray is MUCH softer. This is exactly how the bidet is supposed to function. Perhaps the original unit had an issue with the nozzle which was causing the front spray to behave incorrectly. We may never know for sure, but what matters is that the replacement works exactly as intended. Iโm very happy to finally have a properly functioning unit and can now confidently recommend Brondell as they went above and beyond to correct this. I truly appreciate it! ----------------- UPDATE AS OF AUGUST 10, 2026: I received the replacement unit, but unfortunately, it was not the correct one. In fact, they sent me a right-handed model with a single nozzle. An item that is $22.00 less than the product I originally purchased. I immediately contacted Brondell, and the representative explained that she had placed the replacement order correctly, but the warehouse shipped the wrong product. She is now placing a second replacement order for the correct unit. Very frustrating. --------------------------- UPDATE AS OF AUGUST 5, 2026: An Amazon representative reached out and offered to send a replacement unit, which I feel is a fair resolution. Once I receive, install, and test the new unit, I will provide another update regarding my experience. While it was somewhat upsetting to feel that my concerns were initially ignored, I appreciate that the company is now acknowledging my experience, standing behind its product, and offering a reasonable solution. --------------- I recently stayed at a friendโs house while dog sitting, and she had a bidet that I really enjoyed using. As a result, I purchased the same Dual Nozzle Bidet model for my own home. From the first time I used it, I noticed that both the front and rear wash settings sprayed the exact same area. I watched several instructional videos and carefully followed the directions for adjusting the nozzle position, but none of the adjustments made any difference. This past week, I returned to my friendโs house and used her bidet again. Since it is the exact same model, I specifically tested both wash settings. On her bidet, the front and rear wash functions spray two distinctly different areas, as expected. When I returned home, I tested mine again and confirmed that both settings still spray the same spot. I made additional adjustments, but the issue remains unchanged. I contacted Brondell customer service by email several times. Unfortunately, the support I received was neither helpful nor responsive to the issue I clearly described. I was repeatedly given testing and adjustment information that I had already explained I completed. Despite the fact that I compared my bidet directly with the same model at my friendโs home and confirmed that her front and rear wash settings function differently, the representative ultimately determined VIA EMAIL ONLY that my bidet was โworking properly.โ This conclusion completely ignored the specific problem I reported and the testing I performed. I was offered no meaningful troubleshooting, no replacement, no refund, and not even a phone call to discuss the issue. Instead, I received repeated statements that the bidet was functioning properly, despite my detailed explanation that both wash settings spray the same area while the same model at my friendโs house operates differently. When the bidet is working correctly, it is a great product. Unfortunately, my experience with Brondell customer service has been one of the most frustrating customer-service experiences I have ever had. The lack of meaningful assistance, willingness to investigate the issue, or effort to provide a resolution has been extremely disappointing.

I'm a Brondell convert now....love this bidet, especially after right shoulder surgery!
So...I am a bidet preacher....I tell everybody about them and could probably sell them door-to-door. I own one for every toilet. I have usually used the Genie Bidet, but I was having rotator cuff surgery on my dominant right shoulder, and all my bidets were right-handed controls. I couldn't get my usual brand in a left-handed model, so I ordered the Brondell. It has been fantastic. No drips, no leaks....just great quality. I probably mounted further back on the bowl that I should have, so the "front wash" setting actually works best for the "back parts" but no worries. Stream is powerful and cleans perfectly. Couldn't be happier with the purchase. Daily use now for five months with zero issues.

It works and easy to install
I'm so glad to have a bidet. I haven't figured out how to adjust the aims. It only sprays at one spot so you have to adjust your sitting position to get all clean. It was easy to install and i love the cleaning spray feature for afterword.

Works like a charm
This is my second one of these. The first one was dripping, but it lasted 5 years. So, I'm good with that. I need the control on the left side due to space constraints. One word of caution, be very careful when first using this or any bidet that has variable pressure control. If you just let it rip, it will literally rip you a new one. Start very light and carefully figure out your sweet spot. For the price, this is a good product and very easy to install.

Total Garbage and Waste of Money and Time
DO NOT PURCHASE! Terrible. Ordered this left handed bidet as I am having rotator cuff surgery on my right ( dominant ) arm, so the right side bidet we have will not work for me for the next few months. Unfortunately the company that makes the right side bidet does not offer one for the left, and left sided bidet attachments are difficult to find, so I ordered this one. The hardware that comes with it is trash. All the plastic screws were cross threaded upon arrival, which required a trip to Home Depot to purchase proper hardware, so it would attach securely and would not leak. The water pressure and flow is insane. Even on the lowest pressure setting, water comes out in a BLAST that literally drenches your entire "undercarriage" (for lack of a better word), and sprays EVERYWHERE (regardless of adjusting the flow direction as well , not in just the desired area. If I wanted my entire ass, groin, and inner upper legs to be soaked to the point I need to fully towel off before I pull my pants up, I would take a shower. Definitely a design flaw as this is NOT the experience we have had with our other attachable bidet. The control panel is also set so far back on the toilet seat ( again unlike our other one) that it is generally awkward to use to turn off/on. I plan on doing my best to make due with this piece of garbage as my surgery is this week and I have too much going on to prioritize finding another left handed attachment, returning this one, and reinstalling another. Once I have use back of my right arm, this bidet attachment is going straight into the trash.

Excellent quality and easy to install/use
This product is amazing! My dad had a brain stroke which affected his right side of his body. Using this bidet made his daily life much much easier. Very simple to be clean. The insulation was super easy and straight forward, just follow the attached instructions. All required parts for the insulation are already included in the box. The adjustable nozzle feature works great and very helpful, it has self cleaning function which works great! This product deserves every penny spent on it and it is highly recommended!

Exactly what I needed !
was looking for a left side controlled bidet for my toilet just to hide the bulky controller and hose out of sight, and this one was perfect ! Pros: - Easy to install into my existing seat - Easy to use for both right and left handed - Back and front wash with separate nozzle rods - Nozzle angle adjustable - Nozzle wash - Water pressure is great!, using the house water pressure - Turn on the nozzle clean during the bottom wash, And i'll soften the water jet, you'll feel a bubbly water stream! - Switches feels in good quality - No leaks so far :) Cons: - Style of controller could be more modern - Hose connection on the controller is better to be on the bottom to be more hidden Overall, very happy with the performance so far, highly recommended !

OK, I am hooked.
My first bidet, and I don't why it took me so long to join the elite... So, I bought the most basic one, but bought the Brondell brand due to reviews. That was a good decision. I wanted to try one out, and I bought during the "T.P. shortage of 2020." I love this unit, and now that I've had it for 5+ months (as of this review), I am looking at what improvements are available on the more expensive versions. Wowza... I had no idea. Would I buy a model next time, that also use the hot water source? Likely not, as by the time the hot water gets to the bidet, I am done using it. However, one of my bidet friends, likes to purposely wait until the warm water arrives, in order to get the full experience. Me, on the other hand...I am done and gone in seconds. My ONLY complaint is the swinging/movable spray unit (contains 2 nozzles...1 for the backside and 1 more the females in the fam), which tends to not stay in one spot. That means adjusting the spray unit more than I want, when it ain't "hittin" the exact spot... Ahem.... But when it is on target (the majority of the time), the results are just what the backside and the wallet ordered. Toilet paper consumption is driven down to "hardly use any"...versus having stacks of backup T.P. rolls at arms length, due to over use prior to owning a bidet. In the past, I would look for the best 48 roll TP special, and it seemed like I was always heading towards needing more. Now, an 4-6 pack lasts more than a month+. Seriously. SAVE THE TREES! BTW....When I go south to my tropical condo for this winter, I am bringing it with me in my suitcase. I will not leave home without it. Believe it. And where I am going they don't sell bidets. My a*s will thank me. I am a converted bidet owner. If anyone brings up bidets in a group conversation, it is surprising the people that you "bond' with, all because you are the minority, but you all own bidets. It's a like a special club, where the members cannot believe the regular folk, haven't jumped on the bandwagon and went out and bought one. Do yourself a favour and try this one. What's to lose? Believe me, you will not regret it.
