I bought it before reading the bad review and when it arrived, I realised the bad review was true. Quality is bad and noisy. It takes more than 6 hours the full cycle eco wash + dry and all the clothes comes out wet. Fortunately, I could return it and Amazon customer service offered great support.

I like washing machine and dryer is very stylish, I think fantastic, I don’t mind about dryer take long time to dry but worth it and very happy with it 😊

The clothes are never fully clean even on a hotter wash. The spin is so noisy my neighbours complained, it causes the whole kitchen to shake. The dryer takes 4 hours for a small load, about 2kg, and even then the clothes are never fully dry and come out with an awful smell. Now I have a heat pump fault on it. Upgraded to a Bosch and it actually works and is quiet.

Have had this machine a couple of months and only used it a few times so far, but while I am now worried at what other reviews have said, I have nothing but good words for it. Obviously I am now hoping that continues.For a washing machine it looks great.Holds a very big load of washing.Love that you can use the app to scan the washing labels on items and it will automatically come up with a suitable washing programme.Controlling the machine and seeing the current status of the cycle and how long it has left on the app can be handy too.Notifications when cycle has finished is a great extra.Washes and dries very well. No dampness when I take items out.Overall - no issues with it at all so far.

I bought this in December 2022 and I have to say it's a Big disappointment. The washer is fine the dryer is a joke! I have tried all the cycles with the appropriate amount of washing in not over loading it for drying and it never comes out dry. I told them about this and the answer I got was do a spin after the washing has finished so it's less wet. This does not work ! It has a maximum speed of 1400 how is it supposed to spin any better than it's speed. I was also told to use the echo wash again pointless. And I have looked through the manual several times and there's nothing in it to help you. I regret buying this and wish I'd just put up with going outside to use my old dryer to get things done. It's not quite it didn't take long to smell and I have used the appropriate stuff to clean it filter is always clean but when you drain it the smell is awful. The only thing is it looks nice. Hence 1 star
