Amazzzzingggg!
My favorite Ultima drink. It settles my tummy. Makes my bloating disappear! I use 1-2 x daily. These are awesome especially if you know what GLP1 gut is like!

Great taste and easy to mix.
This electrolyte powder has a refreshing raspberry lemonade flavor and mixes quickly with water. The individual packets are convenient to take anywhere, and it’s a simple way to stay hydrated throughout the day especially when exercising.

Tastes fine
This has been the best tasting version of electrolyte additions that I’ve tried. I’m not sure about the gut health aspect, but it does seem to settle my stomach like peppermint tea does, so maybe it will work like that for others? Also, I can usually rip open the packets without looking for the scissors!

Great but a bit overpriced
I began using Ultima electrolytes when I started the carnivore diet back in November 2024. The flavors are great and sugar-free, which is a bonus for weight loss. With this particular pack, I love the flavor as it tastes like a juice. I use this as a "preworkout" and mix it with my creatine. You also get the pre and probiotics which help with gut health (not sure how much of it actually gets absorbed). I like these because they are easy to use and it's a single packet that I can just grab and go. Now for the price, their regular electrolytes are 20 packets for about 20 dollars and sometimes they are on sale but this one is 14 for 20 making it more expensive. I have not seen a change with the pre and probiotics personally so I might just switch to the regular electrolytes. I like that they don't have too many ingredients and keep me hydrated through my workouts. I recommend trying their other electrolyte selection as they were Effective in keeping me hydrated during carnivore which causes a lot of cramps. I would take 2 daily. Quick delivery was the best part.
