These are perfect for back , side and many other places .. I think it will be great to travel with as well. They stay cold a lot longer than I thought they would .. Over all I think it’s a great product!!!

The ice packs are great especially since they come with an easy sleeve to insert them in and elastic band with velcro to attach and hold the pack!

These are great for those body parts that require hot or cold compress. Easy to use Velcro strap stays secure where you put it & is comfortable having it on. The gel packs are made very sturdy for long time use. Great value for your money. I liked them so much I bought another set to have for other family members to use in the future.

Freezes quick. So far no freezer burn smell nor any leakage of gel

I needed a couple more ice packs for after hip surgery and I liked the idea of the cover with straps (I have one similar already). The ice packs work great and the cover is really nice in that it has a soft side that you can hold onto without freezing your hand off and the other side allows the cold to get thru. They froze pretty quickly and I have used them repeatedly.

I don’t really Have a problem with the ice packs I think there fine. My issue is that they don’t have any give to bending to form to an area.
