Bought for an 8yo, and great for that purpose. You can't add apps to it, but it has the major music apps pre-installed. Don't make the mistake of removing them, as you can't access the Play store to add them later - although you can do a factory reset to reinstall. It's expensive for what's basically a phone with most of its functionality removed, but I couldn't find a better solution. There's a parental password for changing any settings. Nice and small too. No issues connecting to Bluetooth speakers and receivers, and easy for an 8yo to get to grips with. Have currently settled on Amazon Music, as it's much cheaper than Spotify Family, and doesn't seem to have videos or ads.

What a rubbish buy!!! This has to be the worst MP3 I have ever seen. Nothing works. Says no internet when I'm stood right next to it. Takes forever to load any app. Absolutely fuming that I spent so much on something so bad for my daughters Xmas present. She is gutted

Overall a good little player . For my 10 year olds xmas present . I took all apps and internet access off , so she can play music and she is happy. However …… she plugged it in to charge on xmas day and the end of the power cable snapped off in the player - she was not rough with it !! How do i get a replacement cable ? Not the best thing to happen on xmas day !!!!

My grandson was over the moon with it

I bought this with birthday vouchers from the grandkids. Initially it was to replace my defunct ipod classic. I am 70 so a bit wary of tech but found it easy to sort. Connecting to computer seemed fiddly so I just stuck in the SD card and added all my music to it then put it in the ionnioasis and scanned the songs. I struggled with the shuffle button but finally got it sorted. Nearly 700 songs which should make my walks more pleasurable. Also has Spotify which adds more songs. The build quality is solid and substantial and quite heavy for something so small. Really sturdy. Sound is good even on my cheap headphones as I can’t use ear pods. Plenty of apps for functionality although I won’t use a lot of them. Radio is a good addition. Far superior to ipod especially at the price. I also purchased glass screen protectors and fitted case. Bargain.

I bought Innioasis digital device specifically so I could listen to recorded trainings / lectures / meditations. Although it took time to get this device recognised by my other devices it is now perfect for what I need. The earbuds supplied have been replaced by Sony headphones which makes the sound much better. There's plenty of space to store all the files transferred from my PC. It works for me in a really good way.

J'ai commandé ce lecteur pour moi et ma fille. Elle écoute beaucoup d'histoires et de musique sur Deezer et je cherchais un appareil qui lui permettrait de l'autonomie sans être un téléphone portable et sans être forcément connecté à internet. C'est vraiment un très bon compromis, le lecteur est de bonne qualité et le son est bon. Au bout de 10 mois, j'ai rencontré un problème et l'écran ne voulait plus fonctionner. J'ai contacté le service client, qui a été super réactif et m'a renvoyé un modèle comme j'étais encore sous garantie. Je suis très satisfaite de mon achat.

Great way to get away from a screen. If you delete an app it's gone gone, like banished, unless you fully reset/restore the device. Some people mention that "a cheap phone is the same price and does more" but if you don't want a phone, and you don't want the capabilities of a phone this is perfect. I don't want my kid finding a way to download more apps onto their device and they really only want to listen to music, this is so perfect. It came with a screen protector already on too, so that's a bonus. Also...huge bonus, real headphones with a headphone jack! I hadn't realized how much I missed wired headphones until I started using this, and my kid will be less likely to lose them :P

Experienced challenges at first, it appeared the device wouldn't charge. Customer Service reached out and worked with me pretty steadfastly to see to it that we found a solution. Turns out I just needed to push the reset button. Happy with purchase!
