Really great! The passion fruit flavor is wonderful & I'm not usually a passion fruit person. It dissolves well enough. I don't recommend the pink lemonade flavor, though! Got this for my husband who sweats heavily during long workouts outside on hot Tennessee days. Seems to do the trick.

It was not tasty but I felt better thru out the day I’m 5wks postpartum and it did keep me hydrated. I recommend for sure and I’ll be buying again too

Good flavor
This is the best flavor in my opinion. My kids love it. Better then juice or soda. Ingredients are good enough compared to other electrolyte brands. Pretty reasonable price

Good hydrate powder
It's easy on the stomach even when training high intensity cardio workouts. My stomach gets upset easily with the lightest exercise. Flavor is too strong for my taste as well as the sweetness. Hydration is about right for me since I don't lose massive electrolytes but a lot of water. All in all, it's a good hydrate powder but not in the top five for me.

I wasn’t a fan of these electrolytes. The taste wasn’t for me, and they didn’t meet my expectations. That said, I’ve tried several other products from this company, and I’ve been very happy with them. This one just wasn’t the right fit for me, but I would still recommend giving their other products a try.
