Great Drink Mix
Good energy drink mix and supports hydration. Has many electrolytes. Great taste - my favorite. It is high in sodium I think to maintain water.

This works well - just start with a small amount first
The first time I tyied this a full packet was too much for the amount of water suggested -- it is a matter of taste - I add 1 paket to 1/2 gallon of water and it s perfect for me - flavors I love are the watermelon-peach and blackberrys.

These packets are easy to use. Easy to take with you and mix with water. Good flavor. Provides electrolytes necessary for work outs and also for everyday activities too.

Like a Fruit Snack!
This is my go-to flavor. I find it to be very similar to a gusher or fruit by the foot! It’s great for when you’re working hard either at work itself or in any sort of environment where you’re getting a lot of exercise and need to retain water. The electrolytes + caffeine keep you going. I’m also keeping these on standby for when I’m going to be breast feeding and need that extra hydration after baby feeds!
