I am a bit of a throw-back - I love to iron a nice crisp shirt. I have tried to find a really stiff starch in spray starch for my shirts without success. This starch not only fits the bill, but leaves no white residue or shiny surface even on dark colors. Very happy with this purchase. The linen scent is lovely- nice and clean without being overbearing.

The best starch!!
This product is so much better than the faultless brand. It smells 100x better! I bought the bulk size and pour it into a spray bottle. I use this on clothes and for quilting. I love that when I iron it, it doesn’t leave the white flaky residue like it’s cheaper alternatives. It’s my favorite starch!

I was introduced to Best Press Starch about 15 years ago and I won't use anything else. The price on Amazon is comparable to buying it elsewhere online but free shipping makes it the better deal. The smell is great and it really does do a better job getting wrinkles out.

Better than Traditional Spray Starch
Best Press is the only pressing spray I use for quilting and most sewing. It has a light starching effect and a lovely fragrance (Linen scent). It leaves quilting fabric with a polished look and slightly stiffened body; great for piecing and finishing. It's of course also terrific with your regular ironing! Not sticky, doesn't clog the iron or leave a residue. No staining. Pricey, but worth it!!
