I have been doing gel nails at home for years and when it comes to a glazed or chrome nail look, this brand always provides an amazing value and a great selection of nail pigments. Learning chrome for the first time can be tricky. However, this is a very beginner, friendly chrome powder that I think all DIY nail friends should keep in their kit. There is a great selection of colors and shades that provide beautiful results that mimic salon quality. I have tried several different brands and always return to Artdone when it’s time to restock. My most recent set has been a mermaid Opal design and I have had many people ask me where I got them done and I simply tell them the products I used to get these results at home. This chrome powder is a pink glaze with a blue undertone and has given me amazingly captivating results!

Love the chrome colors. Easy to apply and actually give mirror chrome finish when applied and sealed correctly. I have yet to find the perfect topper to seal the chrome in the best so I have experienced the occasional scratches in the chrome but I don’t think that has anything to do with the chrome quality or performance. Chrome featured on the ring finger of each review photo. Pink used over white base, silver used over black base and pearl used over pink and mint base (can still see base colors under pearl chrome, I love it).

This is a good quality product. Never pay extra for Chrome at the salon again! Goes on evenly and is very layerable. Great deal for the price and will last a long time!

Super easy to apply. Beautiful shine, even though I did not follow instructions to apply to semi dry top coat. I used number 5 over a semi translucent pink gel.
