Nearly all of them are unhelpful, and I don't purchase again after finishing the bottle. I had taken cissus quandrangularis before-- another brand, a somewhat lower concentration (and less expensive as a result). That other brand initially seemed to help with my issue (I am in mid-50s, and was having occasional pain in one knee), but, after about halfway through the bottle (and I was doubling the dosage by then), it seemed to stop helping. In any case, I sprang for these on a lark, thinking I'd give cissus quandrangularis one last try before relegating ticking it off the list. BUT THESE REALLY WORK! Shocked me. I noticed a difference after only a few days, and now-- about a month in-- I've only had a very brief return of pain on one or two occasions, lasting less than a minute (so, a fleeting flash of pain going upstairs, once or twice).Now, I've not been walking as much as usual due to being under lockdown in the UK (I manage a mile or so every other day), but the difference is still noticeable in my day-to-day life. But I am still taking only one tablet each morning, and it seems to be working, so I will definitely be purchasing these again.
