Absolute garbage product backed by an equally useless support team.I’m rewriting this after putting up with this disaster for a full year. From day one, the product was faulty. The moment I contacted support, they had the audacity to demand a 5-star rating before offering any help. No rating, no support — that’s their policy.Even after that nonsense, the product kept failing throughout the year. The camera barely worked for a few days and completely died after a year.When I contacted support again, they charged ₹250 just to listen to my issue. Imagine paying just to talk to someone who ends up doing nothing. After taking the money, all they did was repeat basic troubleshooting like “reboot,” which I had already done multiple times.Their support team is a joke. While I was explaining my issue, they were laughing and cracking jokes in the background. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.After wasting my time twice, they started demanding more money. Then they casually told me they couldn’t fix it and asked me to ship the camera at my own expense. On top of that, they warned that any replacement parts would cost extra.They dragged this whole mess for over 6 hours and achieved absolutely nothing. No professionalism, no accountability, no basic manners. Note this is all after paying 250 rupees for support.All they care about is squeezing more money out of customers. One of their own support staff even admitted that their manager pushes them to charge customers every time.Avoid this product and this company at all costs. Total waste of time, money, and patience. I’m writing this so others don’t fall into the same trap.

Overall good after testing for a week.works well with a good network sim card.Quality of video quite good, night vision also pretty good and best thing is that it record only if there is any movement ,it turns on the light when it's dark n if any movement .im using it for car parking surveillance.Dual camera very useful.

I recently purchased a camera from IFITECH, and I’m really happy with the overall quality and performance. The camera delivers excellent clarity, smooth operation, and is very easy to use.I also faced a small issue with my camera initially, but the IFITECH support team responded quickly and resolved the issue professionally. Their customer service was helpful and supportive throughout the process.Overall, I’m fully satisfied with both the product and the service provided by IFITECH. Highly recommended!

One of the most useless products you could buy. I wouldn’t take this junk for free if offered and they charged 2000 for it.Forget the camera, the app shows ad every time you open it. I already paid for it brother, are you unsure how this works. If there is an alarm notification and you open it the idiotic app first shows an add and then extremely slowly shows you the feed by which time 2 mins have passed and the whole purpose of that feature is defeated. Avoid this manufacturer. They’ll not survive this market with such cheap tactics. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND. Buy something from truview. Purchased one of their camera recently of same price and it works beautifully. No ad shananigens. Avoid avoid avoid. Save your money please.-5 stars to this. I’d request Amazon to delist the vendor and the product.It’s so bad I had to start working on creating a more useable app myself.
