Been looking for these viral chairs for a while since I'm a bit bigger and I like to sit criss-crossed (much like a shrimp you've cooked for far too long).It's very easy to put together, and very comfortable! The low back took some getting used to, and I find that a small pillow for lumbar support is helpful when you're not sitting cross-legged.My only "complaint" would be that the seat cushion, while mostly very comfortable, does seem to wear down in the middle if you sit in it for very long periods of time. I can often just barely feel the metal underneath after long hours.Another very thin cushion or blanket or something helps with this as well.Overall 4.5 for comfort, but I personally think the few issues are easily worked around and overall it's a great chair.

I like the fabric the chair is covered in. It’s easy to clean and doesn’t hang on to the dog hair in my home. It’s definitely a chair you can sit criss-cross in and is very comfortable.

I think the chair is really neat. It’s wide and seems like it would be very comfortable to sit cross legged in.Downside is the texture of the chair isn’t what I expected. It’s not soft at all it’s a rough textured material (if you have dry skin, you know what I mean) which I personally don’t care for. The blue chair color also was not what I expected, it looks sort of like a pair of blue jeans.I wanted to return this a possibly get a different color, despite disliking the texture, and they do not have a great return policy. I would have to drive to a UPS and pay for return shipping in order to return the chair. I live about an hour from the closest UPS, so the combination of paying to ship it back plus the gas just isn’t worth it and would end up taking half the cost or more that I paid for the chair. They did reach out and apologize for this being an inconvenience but that doesn’t really help the cost issue. And it prevents me from ordering another chair in a different color. Really unfortunate.

Unfortunately, I thought I initiated this return, but hadn't, so I'm stuck with this chair.Not a bad product in itself, but this fabric is awful.Already loose after a week or so, a pet hair MAGNET, very easily and quickly dirty, and also just screams "dig your claws into this" to the cats.Especially for what I paid for this product, I'm very disappointed.

I wanted a chair wide enough to sit criss cross, and this did it. It looks great, the color is just like the image, there is no noise or squeaks, and I don't have any issues with the tilt or sturdiness. The height is what I needed most as my desk is a bit taller than others, and this worked perfectly. My only observation is the seat is not very thick, so I prefer to put another cushion under me when working long hours.
