fantastic set!
I just recently decided to start making sourdough and I ordered this kit to assist in that. the container is really well made and because of the shape of it, it makes very easy to scrape down and keep the inner walls clean. I love the stretchy band that I can move to mark where the dough started. The temp gauge they send it crap and doesn't work at all. The linen lid is kinda useless because although it fits well it dries out the dough pretty quickly. It comes with a screw on lid which is much better and works perfectly. I love the silicone stirrer. It is so functional and has multi uses. I highly recommend this set for anyone thats baking. Its very durable, very functional and great materials.
