So I recently reached a milestone I wasn’t sure I was capable of. I came from a family with parents that had quite a colorful and wild past. Because I was a product of their free thinking radical hipster days, I didn’t know if I’d make it past 30.Never realizing that I would reach the ripe age of 40, I’m a week in already!Lo and behold I had the opportunity to request this ensemble. I thought it was quite colorful yet had a profound and remarkably nostalgic purpose. When I received it, it made me giggle a little. I tried on the gloves, but the smell was noxious so I washed everything by hand in the sink with a pod as to not ruin the size or stretching of the materials in the glove and pants. The outfit ended up being perfect and hilarious in an absolutely fun way. I definitely don’t look or feel 40! This outfit reflected my fun and bright nature. You could always be boring to just order for Halloween or some dumb 80s party, or you can bust out in some spike heels, beautiful, freshly curled and styled hair, and a smile that will light the world.

I actually ordered this for some of the pieces to wear in my every day clothes. The tank and leggings are great. I have another set that had a matching shirt and jacket and so this just adds to it. It's made well, not like cheap costume material so I can wear it as my everyday outfit. It's also a fun outfit. If you want it for a costume, it's super cute when all combined. It has that 80s and 90s feel while still being cute by today's standards. It fits well too. A lot of costume clothing is made super small but this is the size you order so that makes it even better.

This 80s costume is really good quality. The fabric utilized throughout is good enough where you could actually wear this outfit out and about. The extra touches of the sweatband, legwarmers and the crocheted gloves really pull this outfit together and just screams 80s! I love the print on the pants as it is very bright and colorful. Overall, this is a really decent costume and will last for many years.
