Can you make fried eggs on this also?

I made eggs in this pan yesterday for egg McMuffins. I sprayed a little oil in the round, heated it, slowly dropped the egg in, let it partially set and then gently busted the yoke, put a glass lid on top so I could watch it and removed the eggs after running a spatula around the edges when they were cooked. I did three eggs and near the end of the cook time, I added Canadian bacon to the empty rounds. I toasted English muffins and laid a piece of cheese on one side while they were still warm then topped with the egg and Canadian bacon. The eggs were the perfect size and were delicious. I will be making mini pancakes tomorrow. :-)

What oil is used for the preseason?

I am also curious what actual vegetable oil as some are bad, some are good
