Good product for just little jobs. Not the most powerfull pressure washer but handy for cleaning car or just washing somthing down. Is abit loud but could be with it been in garage. Hose pipe did split but was replaced within a week.

Really looked forward to using this as on paper it is a great design and easy to use unfortunately in practice it’s very disappointing, used it twice before the hose split in the reel,returned it and bought another directly from giraffe uk as it was on offer, big mistake, the same happened again in the same place, tried to return but they don’t want to know,i have sent photos video serial number and have proof of purchase, unfortunately i don’t have the order number because all my emails were wiped from my phone, they say nothing we can do appalling service avoid this company.

I’ve been using the Giraffe wall-mounted jet wash for a few months now, it’s been a game-changer. First one leaked after the first use. The replacement doesn't work very well and the pressure is worse than my cheap Karcher one. I wouldn't recommend buying one unfortunately

Unit arrived yesterday and was easy enough to install as just needed to mount the bracket on the wall and run the power to a socket. The trigger and lance that comes with the unit is not great in my opinion, so I also bought an adapter so that I could use a different lance and continue to use my existing accessories that would not be compatible with the standard lance. The unit is loud and doesn’t sound as robust as the karcher k7 it replaced and the pressure is not as high either, but overall the wall mounting is worth it along with the 30m hose which means I can now clean all around the property without hassling with extensions and cables. Overall I am happy so far but for anyone looking to buy just make sure you don’t need to use it with other accessories, or buy a separate lance and adaptor along with your order.

Was really impressed with the design of the jet however unfortunately upon the third use i have ended up with a huge split in the hose. Extremely disappointed & I am now keen to see how giraffe tools handles this issue.

It works well. But sadly ,after about a dozen uses, the internal pipe ruptured. Impossible for me to fix. Customer Service seems to be Impossible to get hold of. No phone number . Just emails that get ignored
