Nuts are very good for you!!! A doctor told me that if you ate a handful of nuts every day you could possibly increase your life span. For breakfast I eat nuts with Greek Yoghurt, Pears and honey plus whatever fruit is seasonal, natural and delicious food that is good for you. I like the variety of 9 different nuts which will be better than the normal 4 or 5. These taste very good, they are a good size to eat but store them in a sealable jar or carton. All Nuts are great value and for 9 different types are excellent value. They are packed well and will last if you keep them in a sealed oack
