I purchased my HelloBaby monitor in July 2025 and have genuinely loved using it! The picture quality, night vision, sound, and reliable connection have made it so easy to keep an eye on my little one. I also really appreciate that it doesn’t require Wi-Fi or an app.After experiencing an issue with my parent monitor, I reached out to HelloBaby customer service and was extremely impressed with how quickly they responded. They were friendly, understanding, and took the time to answer all my questions and help me explore replacement options.Overall, I’ve had a wonderful experience with HelloBaby and would recommend looking into their monitors if you’re searching for a reliable, easy-to-use baby monitoring system!

This monitor is truly the best. As someone who has tried several monitors and has had really awful luck with finding something I like, I truly wish I tried this one sooner. The image is very clear and the monitor is simple to use and set up. It doesn’t use WiFi, which is something that was important to me. I can also use it to see both my kids on two separate cameras using a split screen view, which was also important to me. It has eco mode so it will turn on when they move or make a noise. I don’t have to keep it on at all times. This was surprisingly something I didn’t have with a previous monitor. I would definitely recommend this to a friend. I will also say that when I had an issue with my monitor, customer service was great toWork with.

This is my second baby monitor from hellobaby! I was so impressed with my first that I decided to upgrade and get a second one for my mother in laws house. Cameras are super easy to pair and the picture quality is amazing. I can see everything and night vision is a plus. Battery life is also amazing and I can go the whole night and then some without having to charge. Sound quality is also great. I did encounter one problem. About 2 months after purchasing the camera the monitor suddenly turned black and stopped showing picture. I reached out to hellobaby and got a response within a couple hours! They were very understanding and sent me an upgraded camera. They have a forever customer from me!

This product is extremely easy to use and set up. It has a light weight appearance for the monitor and can easily place it in your pocket or something if you need to move and listen. I love that it’s easy to transport from house to house if staying somewhere else. I like the security of not having to use WiFi. The value for the price frame in my opinion is very reasonable. If you have to contact customer support they are also extremely extremely helpful and will do what they can to help.
